The kitchen at our Northcote Heritage project is nearly there. The joinery is in, the finishing touches are being laid, and the space is beginning to feel like what it was always meant to be.

The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations; their attention to detail and accuracy of their carpentry construction meant that follow-on trades such as plasterers, cabinet makers and the like had a level, solid foundation for their work.     The site was kept clean, tidy and safe. It was important that our good relationship with our neighbours continued and there was not a single complaint from any of the neighbours as the site perimeter and nature strip grass and tree remained pristine for the build (which is quite different to all other re-builds happening presently in our area). Rob was always hard working and worked the trades hard but fairly to ensure they also achieved standards as high as his.

    All of the sub-contracted trades were friendly and performed excellent work and followed Robs example by taking pride in the site. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Superior Melbourne Homes to anyone looking for a quality home.
