    Rob at Superior Melbourne Homes was a delight to deal with for our new home. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations; their attention to detail and accuracy of their carpentry construction meant that follow-on trades such as plasterers, cabinet makers and the like had a level, solid foundation for their work. Rob was always punctual with his site attendance and the work ethic was always excellent.


    The site was kept clean, tidy and safe. It was important that our good relationship with our neighbours continued and there was not a single complaint from any of the neighbours as the site perimeter and nature strip grass and tree remained pristine for the build (which is quite different to all other re-builds happening presently in our area). Rob was always hard working and worked the trades hard but fairly to ensure they also achieved standards as high as his.


    All of the sub-contracted trades (plasterers, renderers, plumbers etc) were friendly and performed excellent work and followed Robs example by taking pride in the site. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Superior Melbourne Homes to anyone looking for a quality home.

    Undertaking the task of renovating our home was a daunting process especially as we had decided to live there throughout the process. Living on a building site with two young children did have its challenges but it was Robs courteous manner and excellent communication that made it bearable.

    Several people had recommended we contact Superior Melbourne Homes and we are very pleased that we did. From our very first meeting Rob was a pleasure to deal with. Being extremely timely, arriving on site each day at 7.00am and most importantly, communicating when this would not be the case.

    This level of respect continued throughout the build as they understood we still had to function as a family, so happy to wait until the lunch boxes were made before the kitchen was turned into a worksite! Most impressive was they managed to do this whilst delivering our beautiful new home on time and on budget.

    Having spoken to many people that have lived through awful renovation experiences I feel really lucky that we chose Superior Melbourne Homes. In less than four months we have a new home that we will enjoy as a family for many years to come. Many thanks SMH.
